2024-2025 Iowa Rush South Tryouts
Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 Iowa Rush South Select Information
11U-19U tryouts for our Iowa Rush South Select Program will provide a setting in which players are able to try out Iowa Rush as a club. The staff from Rush South as well as local high school and college coaches will be evaluating players throughout the tryout period. Tryouts for our 11U-19U teams will be ran like a practice with a series of drills and scrimmages.
Fall Training: August - November AND Spring Training: March - June
11U-15U Select Soccer
Fall Season - Begins August - 3 trainings per week
ISL Games
2 tournaments (1 local and 1 regional)
Spring - Begins end of March - 3 trainings per week

2 tournaments (1 local and 1 regional)
League Information
ISL: All Iowa Rush South 11-15U Select teams will play 6-7 league games across Central Iowa in both the fall and spring season.
Tournaments
Select teams will play in 2 tournaments in the fall season and 2 tournaments in the spring season.
Fees
The Iowa Rush South Select fee is $1,000 for the year. There is a payment plan option once you accept a bid and register.
Iowa Rush focuses on developing the whole person through the game of soccer in a transformational environment with coaches who care about your player beyond the soccer field.
The Birth Year / Age Group Chart can be reference to see how birth years align to age group designations for the upcoming season.
15U – 19U (High School Students) Select Soccer

League Information
ISL: All Iowa Rush 15-19U Select teams will play 6-7 league games across Central Iowa for the fall season.
Fees
The Iowa Rush South Select fee is $400 for the fall. There is a payment plan option once you accept a bid and register.
Iowa Rush South Tryout Information
Cost: $25/Player
Check-In Information
Players need to check-in at least 20 minutes prior to their tryout start time. After checking in, players will begin warming up on their assigned field.
Spectators Instructions
Parents & guardians are welcome to watch from the sidewalk near the field; however, they will not be allowed on the fields while tryouts are in session.
Additional Information
Iowa Rush South requires players to attend their own age group tryouts. If you are unable to attend tryouts or are unable to tryout on the date specified for your age group, please register for your age group & contact Scott Treft & Becky Van Houweling for more details. All play-up requests must be approved by our Technical Director, Scott Treft.
Bid Process
2014-2012 players will be notified of their team placements after 8:00 AM on June 12, 2024.
2011-2006 players will be notified of their team placement after 8:00 AM on June 19, 2024.
