Theme: How We Play-How We Compete
Overview: Builds upon the foundation established in the 9U-10U Academy Program and develops each player’s passion for the game within a more competitive team environment.
More detail:
Consists of three team training opportunities and an additional bonus session each week with 9v9 games on the weekend; first programming level for which players attend tryouts and are placed onto teams based on ability-level.
Members of the Iowa Rush coaching staff are assigned to specific teams for which they conduct training sessions, manage games, and provide regular communications.
Accelerates players' development by training in a team environment which suits each player's unique developmental needs.

Overview: Continues to emphasize individual player development with an increasing focus on team performance.

Consists of three team training opportunities and an additional bonus session each week with 11v11 games on the weekend.
Members of the Iowa Rush coaching staff are assigned to specific teams for which they conduct training sessions, manage games, and provide regular communications.
Players interested in playing at the collegiate-level have access to coaching staff who can help provide support in the recruiting process.
